Improve your athletic capacity & overall strength, conditioning, and metabolism. Running or cross training shoes are recommended. Class is recommended for beginners to advanced fitness levels. Your workout can be low-moderate-high intensity. Just starting to exercise to athletes needing to keep their edge. Are you interested in enhancing your fitness, flexibility and health? Work towards your personal goal of a healthier lifestyle by participating in yoga. This 10-class yoga session will be taught by Carol Daly, a certified instructor and licensed physical therapist. Her training is in the ParaYoga style which focuses on a yoga practice that is both accessible and in-depth. Her teaching approach combines her background as a physical therapist with the ancient teachings of yoga. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible.
