Improve your athletic capacity & overall strength, conditioning, and metabolism. Running or cross training shoes are recommended. Class is recommended for beginners to advanced fitness levels. Your workout can be low-moderate-high intensity. For people just starting to exercise to athletes needing to keep their edge. Bootcamp will utilize interval training, partner drills, resistance training, kickboxing, and body weight exercises.
