Low impact cardio, combined with balance, flexibility, and strength-training exercises to help you be fit for everyday activities.

When: Monday and Thursday mornings from 9:15am-10am.

October 7, 10, 14, 17, 21, 24, 28, 31, November 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21

Where: Solon Community Center Music Room

Fee: Full Session (14 classes) – City Resident $75, Non-Resident $80

Half Session (7 classes) – City Resident $38, Non-Resident $43

$10 drop in fee is available

Registration and Payment due into the Solon Community Center before your first session.
